Problem Solving and Decision Making – KEPNER TREGOE
CMC provided a certified course for a group of young managers from Black & Decker. Participants were lead by the highly specialised lecturer RNDr. Glückaufová and were practising use cases on how to draw together during the process of problem solving situations.
Use cases were transferred in the second half of the course to factual situations within the company. Participants from the study group were getting to know each other more during out-of-school activities provided by CMC hotel and town and its surrounding Čelákovice, where the school is based.

This customized program was created for gaining complex knowledge and skills in the area of managerial leadership, aimed to leading in change. The pilot module was held in May 2004. This 2-½ day Project Management Training Program was based on and licensed with Kepner-Tregoe’s world-renowned approaches (see at www.kepner-tregoe.com). The focus was on developing a common and shared language, vision, and objective in order to strengthen communication and to provide a common base for the evaluation of projects.
The program helped to enhance managers’ knowledge, skills and understanding of all components necessary to successfully develop and complete a project on time and on budget.
