Leadership of a new generation – Emotionally intelligent leadership

(Inspiration from work experience, inspiration to work experience)

Focused on leadership skills development, self-recognition, recognition of others, optimal communication and management skills. Teaches leaders to be more efficient during collaboration with their teams, achieving higher level of satisfaction for themselves and their subordinates. Especially discusses team management aspects and the process of group formation.

 

Lecturers:

two experienced trainers who are present during the whole course.

PhDr. Michal Čakrt – has been collaborating with CMC Graduate School of Business since 1990 as an external lecturer, works as management consultant in the Czech Republic as well as internationally.

Jitka Jilemnická – Since 1993 works as a special consultant and lecturer in the field on personal and internal company communication, negotiation and conflict resolution, facilitation, mediation, coaching and teamwork. She is graduate fellowships abroad focused on the managerial skills, intensive training of the company Nexcom (USA) in team work. Member of the international training teams, U.S. and Ukraine dealing with applications of foreign methods in different cultural environments.

 

Training methods:

coaching, feedback, non-psychological tests, interactive drills, case studies, teamwork. Individual approach based on personal consulting.

 

Who is the course for?

Experienced business leaders with the desire to improve their leadership skills.

 

Course structure:

  • Three two-day modules, each day from 9am till 5pm. Individual consultation for each student is included in the program.
  • The course is concluded with a project presentation based on which each student receives a certificate.
  • The modules are linked, it is not possible to buy them individually!
