  • Career management – what career groups are suitable and advantageous to create


2. Coaching – Labour and Personal Potential Development Method (1 day) – PhDr. Michaela Daňková

  • Coaching method – how to integrate it, what is its significance, use, limitation
  • Definition of coaching as a technique as opposed to training, consultation, mentoring, therapy, etc.
  • External coach – internal coach – coaching in a manager’s work
  • Setting goals for coaching
  • Coaching questions


3. Mergers and Acquisitions as a Challenge for HR (2 days) – Mgr. Hana Velíšková

  • Role of HR in planning of mergers and acquisitions
  • Creation of future structures, managerial levels, choice of suitable people, their motivation
  • Creation of a communication plan for changes
  • Selection of key change leaders, creation of their motivation development plan
  • Limitation of negative consequences when dismissing employees


4. HR Manager as an Influence on Other Managers, PR of the HR Division (2 days) – PhDr. Michaela Daňková, Jitka Schmiedová

  • Gaining basic abilities on how to better “sell” one’s work in the company and the increase of one’s own persuasiveness
  • Internal PR of the HR division
  • Determination of stakeholders in a company – who do I have to and can influence in order to promote good things
  • By what and how to influence attitudes – a key skill in the HR manager’s work
  • Work in critical situations – assertion of one’s own opinion


5. Multicultural Aspects of Human Resources Management (1 day) – Ing. Yvona Charouzdová

  • Practical exchange of experiences on this topic
  • Multicultural aspects – a distinct element of company culture enhancement
  • Let us get to know and enrich each other
  • Cultural shock as a significant shift to mutual understanding


6. English in Human Resources (1 day) – Claire L. Dickson

  • The programme is run in English by a native speaker
  • Seminar target: To show the participants the influence and the role of HR in the society by the use of a Harvard Business Case Study
  • Participant specific topics will be discussed during the day – search, development and retention of talents, diversity, industrial relations, remuneration management and benefits, best practices of human resources management
