Project target group:

The entire project as well as the individual modules are designed for executive staff in a so-called first line, whether we call them foremen or line managers. The project participant should be a foreman, who is a natural organizer, a member of several teams, who is eduacated both technically as well as humanly and who is one of the bearers of changes. The main purpose of this program is to increase the qualifications of the most numerous group of leading employees at manufacturing concerns – of foremen and thereby to increase their value for employers.
 

The target of the project:

The main target is to propose a complex development program in the form of two-day modules for the first line of management. Thanks to the program the participants should adopt and intensify their knowledge which is currently needed in order for the foreman to support a successful company and to significantly participate in the improvement of the manufacturing process.
