BUSINESS MASTERY SERIES (DYNAMIC MANAGER IN ENGLISH)

Program Overview:

The Business Mastery Series is CMC’s new open enrollment management education program taught in English language. Building upon the success of our acclaimed Dynamic Manager program in Czech language, the Business Mastery Series covers the core business disciplines of a traditional MBA program but in a more compact and affordable way. Business Mastery also meets the needs of managers who not only want to improve their skills and knowledge of business, but of English as well.

Business Mastery is delivered in 13 modules conducted over a 14-month period. Each module is taught interactively by using group work projects, debates, case studies, personal consulting and structured texts covering critical business issues.

Completion of all 13 modules results in the Business Mastery Series Certificate. The modules may also be individually utilized to tailor a program for your organization’s specific needs. This introduces current “best practices” and new knowledge to key managers in your business and improves performance in your day-to-day operation.

The Business Mastery Series allows attendees to continue with their careers while participating. The open enrollment structure creates a dynamic exchange of information between senior profes-sionals from a variety of different companies. This in turn leads to stimulating discussions where new ideas from the leaders of different industries can be tested. Professional bonds and valuable networks are developed as well as leadership, decision-making and analytical skills.

Business Mastery consists of the following modules. Each module is two to three consecutive days in length and is conducted at the CMC campus in Celakovice, or can be offered at a convenient lo-cation of the sponsoring organization.
