Module 1: Manager's Self-awareness and Career Objectives; Peoples' Behaviour in Organizations
This introductory module is based on the premise that in order to manage others, one must first be capable of managing himself/herself. During the two days, participants will have the opportunity to get to know "themselves" better; specifically, they will be able to assess their strengths and identify areas that may need further development. The objective of this module is to cultivate the managers' ability to learn about one another which is essential, if they are to meet regularly and work together successfully for a period of one year.
A manager's work also involves interaction with people in a given company's environment. In today's ever-changing market economy there is immense diversity, dynamic competition and insufficient information. For a manager to carry out his role successfully he/she needs to possess basic knowledge of psychology, sociology, anthropology, management theories and other fields of study. This module is a continuation of the introduction and focuses on the individual in an organization as well as on groups, and their internal functioning and interrelationships.

Module 2: Modern Management and its Organization
This module provides participants with basic terminology and skills required for a contemporary manager. Further, they will become familiar with basic management theories, their assumptions and starting points, and learn about their impact on the performance of managers in a business organization.
Participants learn about all factors influencing the administration architecture and organization of different firm types. The module will provide them with knowledge of organizational structures and systems within today´s globalization and modern communication.

Module 3: Resolution of Conflicts and Negotiation
In this module participants will become familiar with various styles and strategies used in communication and negotiations. They will learn how to execute a change sequence from competing to co-operation, as well as how to, on the basis of various analyses, effectively resolve conflicts, and thus ensure optimal interpersonal relationships in and out of an organization.

Module 4: Supply Chain Management
In today’s highly competitive environment Supply Chain management (SCM) has become new and important tool how to survive on the fierce business market. A proper design of SCM is an effective tool for:
- cost reduction
- service level increase
To reduce costs and increase the service level partnering suppliers and customers are needed. An important feature of success of SCM is a proper use of e-business. The necessary condition for efficient SCM is proper understanding of inventory control and distribution/logistics management.

In this module, managers will gain knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a demanding global market environment. Their task is not only to harmonize their company's objectives with the needs of their customers, but they also need to be aware of market opportunities.
Current business environment is an arena in which competitors are endlessly fighting for a customer. Today's managers must be ready for the continuously changing and unpredictable circumstances, and therefore more then ever before, they need new and practical ideas which can be used for the development and design of ingenious strategies. Without strategic marketing, no company can hope to survive and to develop further in the present, immensely competitive business environment.

Module 6: Presentation skills
In the managerial work it is necessary to be able to present a specialized topic, business results, a new project or a product in front of a colleagues´ audience or clients in a clear, persuasive and engaging way. This seminar helps you to increase the quality of your presentations in all aspects.

Module 7: Time Management
Nowadays, more and more requirements become to be part of managers’ responsibility. Without any doubt, more tasks to resolve occur for the same amount of time. Working with reduced human and time resources is a daily reality of today’s managers. This module shows the participants keys to their own time management, mainly how to work with priorities, tasks delegacy and leading of internal meetings.

Module 8: Accounting for Managers
Effective management is impossible without precise information. In this module, non-financial managers will become familiar with accounting systems used in a firm, and learn how to use information provided by such systems for effective decision-making.

Module 9: Economics for Managers
Management in a market economy demands that decision-making is carried out according to certain economic criteria. Given today's increasing competition, managers and businessmen must possess knowledge of basic economic relationships in order to make effective decisions. This module is designed to develop the participants' way of thinking based on economics, and to provide them with tools that will help them make the right decisions.

Module 10: Finance for Managers
The main objective of this module is to introduce non-financial managers to the principles of financial management. They will learn how to analyze financial statements and use this information for their work. By doing so, managers will comprehend better the impact their decisions have on the financial situation of their firm. At the same time, it will enhance their communication with the firms financial managers.

Module 11: Human Resources Management
Due to large changes taking place in the business environment, the role of human resources in an organization is undergoing great changes as well. Human resources as such are seen as one of the most important resources available to a firm to gain a competitive edge. To help an organization to reach its strategic objectives, it's vital for all non-personal managers, for whom this course has been designed, to get involved in human resources management.

Module 12: Operations Management; Project management
In order for small or large companies to do business in a private or public sector, they need to run their own operations, be it production or services, effectively. Every organization, if it is to grow and remain competitive, must manage its productive, renewable as well as non-renewable resources as effectively as is only possible. In addition, it has to satisfy their customers. Operations management and project maangement can help a company to gain or maintain its competitive edge.
The ever-increasing competition in the marketplace forces companies to produce better quality products and services and to react faster on the continuous competitive changes . This is based upon the flexibility of teh company to react fast on the new requirement of the market andto change existing processes to achieve the optimal utilisation of all own resources and concurrently to keep the market share.

Module 13: Strategic Management in the Increasingly Competitive International Marketplace
In the future, the competitive ability of an organization will depend on its managers' ability to use strategic techniques, their skills and their courage. The same applies to any entrepreneur. This module is designed for those, who are involved in the preparation and implementation of strategic decision-making in business organizations and various institutions, and also for those who in some way affect their efficiency.

Final Project
When working out the final project, participants can apply knowledge gained during the course while solving actual problems of the course while solving actual problems of the company. The final project is compulsory only for those participants who decided to finish this program as a re-qualification and want to get the certificate. Processing of the final project includes discussions in groups, individual consultations with the lecturer (7 hours) and project presentation.
