RNDr. Dagmar Glückaufová, CSc.

A member of CMC since 1990, Prof. Glückuafová has been a Director of the MBA programs, Executive Dean, and currently teaches courses in Operation Management, TQM, and Operation Analysis. She conducts training programs directed at Qualitative Study for Starting Entrepreneurs, Decision-Making and Problem Solving, Multiple Criteria Decision-making, and Conflict Management. After receiving her degree in Applied Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague, she worked in the Economics-Mathematics Laboratory in ČSAV. Prof. Glückuafová has lectured at Charles University and been a Visiting Professor in several European and North American universities.

Ing. Monika Bartoníčková, MBA

Ing. Monika Bartoníčková, MBA působí v současné době jako nezávislý kariérový a životní kouč. Zároveň je externím trenérm a spíkrem několika tréninkových společností, lektorem v programech MBA a vyššího vzdělávání pro CMC a MÚVS. Je certifikovaným kariérovým koučem (2003, DBM, USA) a pozorovatelem Assessment Center (1998, Crane Davies, Great Britain). Absolvovala řadu kurzů a seminářů v oblasti HR (strategický HR Management a rozvoj lidských zdrojů), koučinku a kariérovém poradenství, managementu (Leadership Developement a motivace), a marketingu. Zároveň je absolventkou Pražské psychoterapeutické fakulty (1997-8). Má profesionální zkušenosti s koučováním a mentorováním převážně v oblasti kariérového rozvoje, změny zaměstnání (outplacement) a plánovaného nástupnictví pro přibližně 100 top manažerů a specialistů.

Dagmar Berková JUDr.

Je absolventkou právnické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity v Brně.V současnosti působím jako vedoucí právního a kontrolního oddělení Úřadu práce ve Znojmě. Náplní mé práce je nejen kontrolovat dodržování pracovně právních předpisů zaměstnavateli, ale i poradenská činnost v oblasti pracovního práva a metodické vedení správních řízení ve stejné oblasti.Ve volném čase se zabývám lektorskou činností. Jsem lektorkou správy služeb zaměstnanosti MPSV ČR, absolvovala jsem i kurz pro tutory . Mám zkušenosti s přípravou ( včetně metodiky) a vedením kurzů právního minima, pracovního práva a správního práva pro vzdělávací střediska Správy služeb zaměstnanosti. Zpracovala jsem podklady pro kurzy distančního vzdělávání pracovního práva a správního práva a vedla jsem tyto kurzy.Připravila jsem a lektorovala i kurz základů pracovního práva pro MUVS.

Doc. Ing. Marie Bohatá CSc.

Marie Bohatá joined CMC on April 1, 2003 to teach courses in Governance, Ethics, and Leadership and to lead a newly established Center for Leadership and Governance. After graduating from the Prague School of Economics (VŠE) in econometrics, she received her Ph.D. from the Economic Institute of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences and associate professorship at VŠE. In 1999, M. Bohatá was appointed President of the Czech Statistical Office. From 1992 till 1999, she was a Senior Research Fellow at the Economic Institute and Director of the Center for Ethics in Economics and Business. M. Bohatá has been very active in business ethics activities both on national and international level.

PhDr. Michal Čakrt

Professor Čakrt is a member of the CMC adjunct faculty and has lectured in MBA program as well as in open and customized courses specializing in management psychology, leadership, and team co-operation. He acted as management consultant in the area of international management and top leadership. Graduating in Sociology at Charles University in Prague, he continued his advanced studies at Harvard Business School and the Graduate School of Management at the University of California in Irvine, where he was also Visiting Professor.

Ing. Roman Čiviš

At present he is an executive and lecturer of the company A-TREND, he works for CMC as an external lecturer. He focuses on training management skills, time management and team work. He graduated from the VSSE in Plzen. He's been active as a consultant and lecturer for ten years.

Ing. JIří Čížek

Narozen 1.4.1957 v Mariánských Lázních. Je ženatý, má dvě dcery ve věku 23 a 21 let. V roce 1981 ukončil studium na elektrotechnické fakultě ČVUT v Praze. Po absolvování vojenské služby pracuje v oblasti IT, jako programátor v Závodu automatizační techniky Příbram, v Sempře Děčín a od roku 1991 jako společník a jednatel soukromé firmy TEKO spol. s r.o. V oblasti zdravotnictví působí od roku 2000, nejprve jako vedoucí informatik v Nemocnici Příbram a od roku 2002 jako ředitel odboru informatiky na Ministerstvu zdravotnictví.

Mgr. Marcela Dohnalová

Je absolventka Filozofické fakulty UP v Olomouci, obor sociologie - andragogika, se specializací vzdělávání dospělých. Působí jako vedoucí vzdělávacího projektu Prezentační univerzity ve společnosti AV Media, s.r.o. Aktivně vede semináře a tréninky zaměřené na oblast přípravy prezentací a jejich grafického zpracování, dále pak na oblast podání prezentace a vystupování s využitím vizuálních a technických pomůcek. Má bohaté zkušenosti s přípravou a vytvářením elektronických prezentací a vystupováním na různých odborných i firemních akcích a prezentacích. V r. 2002 se zúčastnila zahraničních konferencí a stáží v Atlantě a Belgii.

PhDr. Ivan Fišera

Dr. Fišera is a member of the CMC faculty and teaches strategic management, creativeness and innovation, organizational analysis, and leadership. A Philosophy graduate of Charles University in Prague, he was a long-term consultant and researcher of management in the machine industry, and also implemented team education of top management courses in several Czech enterprises. In 1998, Prof. Fišera had a three-month study stay in the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Ing. Jaroslav Halík, Ph.D., MBA

Dr. Halík works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of International Business at Prague University of Economics. He specializes in marketing management, operations management, managing multinational corporations, and communication and media strategies. Besides lecturing he provides extended consultancy services in the same area. He earned his Ing.(MA) and PhD. at Prague University of Economics (1983 and 2001), MSc at Norweigian School of Management Oslo, and MBA at Rochester Institute of Technology Rochester-New York (1994). He actively co-operates with universities and research centers at home (University of New York Prague, Anglo-American College, Prague International Business School) and abroad (John Moores University Liverpool, Staffordshire University and Brunel University in Breat Britain, Nijenrode School of Business in Holland). He is an author of many publications (co-author of textbooks, articles in economic press, papers in seminars and conferences). He has been working as a member of numerous examination boards on both bachelor and master levels. He has gathered his business experience when working in a position of marketing manager and sales director in internationally operationg companies. He speaks fluently English and Russian, moderately German and Spanish.

Karel Hašler

Karel Hašler působí jako psychologický konzultant. Specializuje se na komplexní konzultační a vzdělávací služby zaměřené a přizpůsobené potřebám klientů v oblastech mezilidských vztahů, manažerských dovedností, obchodních dovedností a podpory změnových procesů. Na Karlově Universitě vystudoval psychologii, se specializací klinická psychologie. Jako specialista pro vzdělávání působil v Odborovém svazu zdravotnictví a sociální péče ČR. Na soukromé klinice GHC vykonával funkci asistenta ředitele a realizoval náborové a výcvikové aktivity. Jako Manager lidských zdrojů působil v SEVT a.s. V posledních letech poskytl své konzultační služby firmám, jako např.: TESCO Stores CR, Pražské pivovary a.s., Gfk Praha, Grafton Recruitment a IPB Real.

Ing. Jaroslav Jirásek, DrSc.

A member of the CMC Faculty and Honorary Dean of CMC, Prof. Jirásek has acted as the professor of international strategic management. He focuses on management of conditions created by globalization and super-competition. A graduate of ČVUT in Prague, Prof. Jirásek received a Science degree from the University of Economics in Prague. With acknowledged expertise in the field of Engineering, Prof. Jirásek was Director of an innovation-engineering firm, and founder of the Institute of Management. His credits include the Institute of Philosophy Institution ČSAV, the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis in Luxembourg, and the University of Pittsburgh.

Ing. Miluše Jurošková, CSc.

She is running her own consulting and training firm Business Link. As the consultant and the trainer is specializing in the area of selling and presentational skills, telemarketing, customer care and management techniques. She is aslo engaged in the couching, concentrating especially on selling skills. She was one of the trainers participating in the three year program of the British Know How Fund „Training of Management Trainers“. She received the Certificate „Institut of Personnel and Development“ in 1996. She has been involved in many foreign courses in England, Belgium, Ireland, Netherland. She participated in the course „Corporate Management“ in Japan. She was one of the partner of the EU Grundtvig Project „A European basic model for validation of foreign professional kompetence“ (Sweden, Czech Republic, Italy and Latia) and coordinator of the project „Soft skills training“ (Germany, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic).

Mgr. Dana Kittnerová, Ph.D.

Dana Kittnerova has been working as a consultant in the area of management and entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of the Philosophical Faculty of Charles University in Prague, where she serves as an assistant-specialist. Her academic focus is oriented especially on management, change management, organizational development and organizational behavior. She worked for an international consulting company where her main field was change management projects during the restructuring of the Czech and Slovak Republics and countries of the former eastern block. From 1999 to 2001 she worked in the U.S. in change management. She teaches management and organizational behavior at CMC.

doc. Ing. Vladimír Králíček, CSc.

Works at the Institute of Accounting of VŠE, and teaches accounting courses for managers at CMC. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with specialization in Information Technologies. His focus was on the problematic of finance, cost and managerial accounting, using computers in both accounting and auditing. He is a council member of the Auditor Chamber of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, he has his own practice in auditing, in addition to ample experience with teaching accounting specialists and managers.

Dipl. Ing. Lubomír Kubelka

Dipl. Ing. Lubomír Kubelka pracuje jako nezávislý poradce v automobilovém průmyslu v oblasti Automotive a Strojírenství, Organisationsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Logistika, Transport-Management, Analýza a strategie optimalizace procesu, Coaching managementu. V období 1983 - 1994 pracoval v SRN ve vývoji, konstrukci a řízení systémů průmyslu u velkých mezinárodních automobilových a strojírenských koncernů. V letech 1994 - 1996 působil jako odborný poradce pro koncerny BMW - MAGNA Stamping pro projekt přesunutí výroby ze SRN do České republiky. Pracoval jako General Manager SAS AUTOMOTIVE Joint Venture Sommer Allibert a SIEMENS v oblasti integrované modulární montáže a vývoje Cockpitu Škoda A4 Octavia. V dnešní době pracuje jako odborný poradce MCA Management Consulting Automotive v oblasti strojírenského a automobilového průmyslu.

Ing. František Mika

Currently, he is the Director for the firm MMI. He also specializes in the area of increasing the efficiency of human resource management, reporting, controlling and customer support by using modern approaches and information technologies. He is President for the Czech Association for Human Resource Development, and a member of the British Ashridge Management Association. He is a speaker and chairperson for many local and foreign specialized conferences, which are organized by the Czech Association for Human Resource Development, the Institute for International Research, Euroforum, Times of Public and Qdos.

Ing. Jana Nagyová, CSc.

Prof. Nagyová, who is a specialist in strategic marketing and management, planning, and international marketing and communication, joined the CMC faculty in 1997 and continues to lecture at CMC on a regular basis. After graduating with a major in International Trade from the University of Economics in Prague, she earned her Ph.D. degree at the Bratislava University of Economics. In addition to her academic qualifications, Prof. Nagyová gained impressive experience by working for a Prague trading company and doing consulting work for the Marketing Director of a Belgium-owned Czech subsidiary. In the 1990s, she was a marketing consultant on a PHARE project. In addition to representing the Czech Republic in the Interfaculty Group for Marketing in the Community of European Schools of Management (CEMS), she has taught in several European and North American Schools.

PhDr. Magdalena Nastuneaková

Mrs. Nastuneaková graduated from the Philosophical Faculty of Charles University, Psychology Major with focus on social psychology. She qualified in international training for work with individual, working group and supervision in firms (PCA - Person Centered Approach) and in other training's lectured by leading world experts. She is the author of Psychology for Technicians (ČVUT, 1995) and co-author of Communication text (Rhetoric's for Everyone, ČVUT, 1996).

Ing. Jan Pártl

Lectures on corporate culture and change management at Prague School of Economics and at Anglo American College. His main areas of specialization are oriented to company strategy and business plan development.

Douglas Pressmann

Douglas H. Pressman, joined the MBA faculty of CMC in 1997 and has taught a broad range of MBA courses including Corporate Finance, Cross-cultural Management, Strategic Management, International Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Between 1997 and 2000 he three times won the "Best Professor Award" from CMC's MBA graduates three times. Prior to earning a Ph.D. in Development Sociology at Brown University (1993), Dr. Pressman worked for six years with the international division of the Bank of California, where he was responsible for institutional lending and country risk assessment in Latin America and Southeast Asia. Prior to moving to Prague, Dr. Pressman taught at US universities in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Oregon. Dr. Pressman earned his B.A. degree with honors at Colgate University, and he also holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

doc. Ing. Marie Přibová, CSc.

Prof. Příbová is a marketing consultant in the area of marketing, marketing research, and brand management. She has local and international experience, including participation in international research projects focusing on the transformation of the economy and society. A graduate of the renowned Summer School at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, Prof. Příbová has taught at a number of foreign and local universities (University of Wisconsin, USA; Business School in Umea, Sweden; Ekonomski Fakultet u Zagrebu, Croatia; VŠE Prague; and CMC Čelákovice) and other institutions. She is also the author of a wide range of publications in the field of marketing, marketing research, and brand management.

Ing. Tomáš Soudek, MBA

Ing. Tomáš Soudek, MBA Akreditovaný lektor v záležitostech Evropské unie, předseda sdružení lektorů European Training and Consulting. Vystudoval fakultu strojní ČVUT v Praze, titul MBA od Rochester Institute of Technology, NY. V evropských záležitostech vzdělán britskou Civil Service College. Působí jako lektor a organizátor kurzů ve státní i soukromé sféře, expert a lektor Hospodářské komory České republiky v oblasti EU.

Ing. Miroslav Spousta

Miroslav Spousta (1974) je absolventem Stavební fakulty na ČVUT Praha. Po studiu pracoval pět let jako poradce a lektor ve společnosti M. C. Triton, s.r.o. Od roku 2002 působí jako nezávislý konzultant, lektor a kouč. Vede kurzy Timemangementu, Vedení lidí, Týmové práce, Koučingu a dalších manažerských dovedností. Komplexně se věnuje problematice řízení kvality služeb od tvorby systému až po měření kvality. Pracuje jako kouč manažerů na střední a vyšší úrovni. V současnosti absolvuje sebezkušenostní psychoterapeutický výcvik model SUR. V poslední době realizoval největší zakázky pro ARAL ČR, Českomoravskou stavební spořitelnu, Středočeskou plynárenskou, Českou Spořitelnu, BVV a další.

Ing. Jiří Stýblo, CSc.

Mr. Stýblo is currently Executive Director of Czech Manager Consortium, and and officer of the Czech Corporation for Human Resource Management. He is visiting professor of Masaryk‘s Institute Shefield Hallam University in MBA and MSc programs in Human Resource Management. A regular co-worker with CMC Graduate School of Business Čelákovice, Mr. Stýblo has published tens treatises from the management branch, especially personal. He has written hundreds of contributions to various publications, including Moderní řízení, Hospodářské noviny, Ekonom, and Profit. Mr. Stýblo graduated from the University of Economics in Prague with a major in Business and Management, and is a graduate of the Philosophical Faculty of Charles University. He has participated in many international courses and workshops in the Czech Republic or other foreign countries. He has also served as a Consultant for Czech companies, foreign companies, and financial establishments, such as IPS, a.s.; IPB, a.s.; Česká pošta; Státní tiskárna cenin; Vítkovice – Prodeco, Česká spořitelna; Schöller.

Ing. Jiří Svoboda CSc.

Mr. Svoboda is a marketing and control consultant, and lectures at a number of prestigious firms. At CMC he teaches courses in Finance Management. He received his PhD at the University of Economics with a major in Economics and Industry Management. Mr. Svoboda continued advanced studies and had a special practice in Germany, Switzerland, and other West European countries. He is a specialist in risk management, marketing, and finance management.

Ing. Václav Šavel

Mr. Šavel graduated from Technical University for Electrical Engineering in Prague, specializing in the field of Electric Power Engineering. He continued his postgraduate studies at the IBM System Engineering School and Project Management at IBM UK, London and took advanced courses in Management and Product education at IBM in Vienna. He passed through different management positions in sales and marketing at IBM, and GiTy. Mr. Šavel is currently a consultant in management, information science, project management, and sales. He teaches CMC courses in Project Management.

Pavel Šebek, MBA

Pavel Šebek, MBA se původně zaměřil na projektové vedení. Jeho závěrečná práce MBA nese název Projektové vedení ve středně velkém podniku. Šest let pracuje na pozici ředitele divize v IT sektoru. Vlastní certifikát v oblasti facilitace. Je ředitelem poradenské společnosti v oblasti IMAGE a společenského chování.

PhDr. Jiří Trunda

Graduated from The Charles University, Prague. Originally worked for ZAVT, a company focussed on IT as a sociologist and project manager, later he took up counseling to corporate managers at TES. After 1989 he completed a preparation course for consultants organized by the Dutch government and in 1994 he was on an internship in Great Britain. At present, he focuses on corporate strategic development , change management and HRM.

PhDr. Michaela Tureckiová, CSc.

Je absolventkou katedry pedagogiky filozofické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy v Praze a postgraduálního studia aplikované sociální psychologie tamtéž. Své vzdělání doplnila a rozšířila na Iowa State University (USA) a absolvováním programu manažerského vzdělávání se specializací na personální řízení. V současné době působí jako odborná asistentka katedry andragogiky a personálního řízení FF UK v Praze, kde se specializuje na oblast teorie řízení, řízení lidských zdrojů a rozvoje lidského potenciálu. Zabývá se rovněž problematikou organizačního chování. Má praktické zkušenosti s přípravou a implementací programů manažerského vzdělávání. Působí jako nezávislá konzultantka, lektorka a trenérka kurzů manažerských dovedností a sociálně psychologických výcviků. S CMC spolupracuje od r. 1997 - podílela se na inovacích obsahu programu Dynamický manažer, je autorkou programu Řízení lidských zdrojů.

Mgr. Hana Velíšková

Hana Velíšková is running her own human resources consulting and training company Soneco. As a trainer, she is specializing in the area of human resources management (recruiting skills, developing and implementing HR systems, assessment of HR function). After graduation at Charles University, she continued her advanced studies in human resource management in Thames Valley University in United Kingdom. She has over 12 years of experience with working in senior management positions in human resource function from GE Money, Allianz pojišťovna and Raiffeisenbank. For several years she worked in the field of human capital consulting, focusing on human resource advice.

Petr Zemčík

Petr Zemčík graduated with a M.Sc. from the Prague School of Economics in 1992 and received his Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. He then taught at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and Concordia University Montreal. In 2003 he became a faculty member of CERGE-EI, a joint program of the Charles University and the Academy of Sciences in the Czech Republic. Petr has published in peer reviewed academic journals such as the International Review of Economics and Finance and the Southern Economic Journal. He has also played a leading role in a number of consulting projects, including studies evaluating the overall impact of the Summer Olympic Games for the City of Prague or analyzing the government bond market in Serbia. He joined the CMC Graduate School of Business in 2005.

Ing. Pavel Zmeškal

Ing. Pavel Zmeškal pracoval řadu let ve strojírenských firmách, kde získával postupně zkušenosti od výrobních útvarů až po finanční a organizační útvar. Od roku 1994 pracoval na pozicích vedení personálních útvarů ve strojírenské oblasti, v oblasti služeb a v oblasti přímého prodeje. V posledních 3 letech pracoval ve franchisingové společnosti s odpovědností za rozvoj všech stupňů řízení a vytváření systému řízení prodeje na pozicích personálního a obchodního ředitele. Je členem Asociace trenérů a konzultantů managementu. Nyní se specializuje na poradenství a tréninky v následujících oblastech: systémy řízení, manažerské dovednosti, komunikační dovednosti, techniky řešení problémů a týmová spolupráce. Rovněž realizuje tréninky s využitím outdoor aktivit. Je partnerem společnosti USUS s.r.o., která se specializuje na rozvoj systémů řízení prodeje a zvyšování výkonů obchodních skupin.
