Welcome to the CMC Graduate School of Business o.p.s that provides executive education of the highest quality in the Czech Republic. The school was founded in 1990 by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Czech Ministry of Industry & Trade. CMC is a non-profit organisation that continues to grow and develop.

Since its founding the school has undergone many changes. Its many outstanding achievements are the result of hard work and sacrifice by a whole team of people without whose efforts CMC would not have overcome many obstacles and achieved the prestigious reputation that it now holds.

CMC’s MBA alumni exceeds 520 members and more than 12.000 graduates have completed Executive Education courses. In addition, CMC has educated more than 600 managers in healthcare, who have since contributed significantly to the restructure of the Czech healthcare system. All participants in the different CMC executive education courses now contribute their improved knowledge and skills to better the business environment in the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition, over 4.000 students from more than 40 countries have visited CMC and taken part in exchange programs to gain new knowledge and experience.

CMC is by far a young institution in comparison to the antiquity and history that surrounds us here in Prague. As a school of business, we respect the lessons of history, recognizing the new challenges and opportunities for our students are only beginning. A key driver of modern times, globalization - a trend we welcome as well as curse - puts us all under pressure to continually educate not only our children, but also ourselves. We must prepare for the future, when incredible innovations and developing technologies will change the way we live and think. Global co-existence is fast becoming a reality and so is the realization of the important role inter-personal relations will play.
